Spousal Sponsorship | 配偶团聚

配偶及同居伴侣团聚移民允许加拿大公民或永久居民担保其配偶、普通法伴侣（Common-law Partner）或符合条件的同居伴侣申请加拿大永久居民身份。担保人需要满足基本担保资格，并证明与被担保人的关系真实有效。符合条件的申请人可根据情况在加拿大境内或境外申请。

The Spousal Sponsorship Program allows Canadian citizens and permanent residents to sponsor their spouse, common-law partner, or eligible conjugal partner for Canadian permanent residence. The sponsor must meet the basic sponsorship requirements and demonstrate that the relationship is genuine. Depending on the circumstances, the application may be submitted from inside or outside Canada.

申请团聚申请的基本条件：

  1. 18周岁以上的加拿大公民或永久居民，并符合相关居住要求；
  2. 签署担保承诺，承担规定期限内的经济支持责任；
  3. 提供相关材料证明双方关系真实有效，非为获得移民身份而建立。

(Grand) Parents Sponsorship | (祖)父母团聚

目前暂停！父母及祖父母团聚移民允许加拿大公民或永久居民担保父母或祖父母申请加拿大永久居民身份。加拿大父母团聚移民每年都有不同的政策，2020年后都是通过 IRCC 的邀请机制申请，但2026年宣布暂停。

The Parents and Grandparents Sponsorship Program (PGP) allows Canadian citizens and permanent residents to sponsor their parents or grandparents for Canadian permanent residence. The program has operated under different policies each year. Since 2020, applications have generally been processed through an invitation-to-apply system. In 2026, IRCC announced that the program is paused.

在 PGP 暂停期间，符合条件的父母及祖父母可以考虑 Super Visa（超级签证），作为长期探亲的临时居留选择。

While the PGP is paused, eligible parents and grandparents may consider the Super Visa as a temporary residence option for extended family visits in Canada.
